This framework explains how the portal is intended to operate while formal legal, privacy, commercial, and compliance documents are still being established.
Restricted-use framework
Portal materials are intended only for legitimate, qualified organizational research activities. Personal, household, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, human, veterinary, and unauthorized resale uses are excluded.
Privacy framework
The current application experience is a non-transmitting preview. Before real personal or organizational data is collected, PMBio Labs must publish a complete privacy notice covering purpose, retention, access, security, service providers, and deletion rights.
Shipping controls
Any future fulfillment model must use verified organization destinations, jurisdiction screening, material-specific controls, traceable shipment records, and documented exception handling. No shipping availability is currently represented.
Document integrity
COAs, specifications, safety records, and analytical reports will be published only when they correspond to a verified source and identifiable material or lot. Placeholder documents will not be presented as evidence.
